Activities of Aeroexpress consider the interests of socially disadvantaged population groups. A free Personal Assistant service is being offered to physically handicapped passengers upon request. Electric train cars are equipped with folding ramps for wheelchair users, special seats and a toilet complex, adapted for the use of the disabled.

The company offers discounted fares to citizens who are recipients of federal and regional social services (for residents of the city of Moscow).
