The letter should include:

• list of questions;
• when and where the information provided is going to be used;
• desired response time;
• contacts of the editorial office and correspondent;
• brief information about the publishing house.

To request photo and video filming on LLC Aeroexpress sites

An application for filming in terminals and trains of the LLC Aeroexpress should be printed on the organization’s letterhead, signed by its head and stamped. The application should be addressed to Aleksey Krivoruchko, the LLC Aeroexpress general director.

The application should include:

• purpose of filming;
• brief script;
• location and of subjects of filming;
• date and time of filming;
• film crew composition;
• full name and contacts of the person in charge.

The application should be e-mailed to: press@aeroexpress.ru or faxed to: (495) 748-60-92. For response call: (495) 748-60-92 (extension 2042).

Filming can be rejected if it interferes with the railway transport work process, traffic and passengers’ accident prevention activities, affects passenger service quality or staff working conditions, or in case of force-majeure.

Filming of the LLC Aeroexpress formal events is performed by mass media staff based on accreditation.
