Procedure of request for information at the press-centre

In order to receive reference information, company executives' comments or interviews and other materials concerning the Aeroexpress activities, you are to send an official letter in the name of Vadim Semikin, PR Director of the company.

The letter shall be printed on the letterhead of the organization concerned, with the indication of:

• main issue (subject matter) of the inquiry;
• list of questions;
• when and where the given information is intended to be used;
• desired term of response;
• contacts of the editorial office and the correspondent;
• brief information about the title.

The request should be sent via e-mail to the address press@aeroexpress.ru or via fax +7 (495) 748-60-92.

Procedure of request for photo and video shooting/filming on Aeroexpress facilities

The request for photo and video shooing/filming at Aeroexpress Rail Terminals and trains shall be printed on the letterhead of the organization concerned, with the signature of its chief and its stamp and sent in the name of Vadim Semikin, PR Director of the company.

The request shall indicate:

• aims and objectives of shooting/filming;
• brief script plan;
• desired location and objects of shooting/ filming;
• date and time of shooting/filming;
• list of film crew;
• full name and contacts of the person in charge.

The request should be sent via e-mail to the address press@aeroexpress.ru or via fax +7 (495) 748-60-92 not later than five working days prior the scheduled shooting/filming date.

Shooting/filming can be rejected if they interrupt the process of railway transport operations, interfere with the traffic and passenger safety, worsen the passenger service quality, or the staff working conditions, or in case of force-majeure.

Shooting/filming at Aeroexpress official events by the media representatives shall be permitted on the basis of their accreditation.

The shooting/filming performed with the purposes of informing the public about the Aeroexpress activities is considered non-profit, and shall be carried out free of charge under the auspices of a representative of PR Department of LLC Aeroexpress.

The shooting/filming organised for making commercial photo- video- and film products (documentary and feature films, television programs and television series, entertaining and educational programmes, musical clips, commercials, photographing for entertaining print media and others), is considered commercial and is carried out at 100 % advance payment according to the effective price-list under the auspices of representatives of PR Department of LLC Aeroexpress.
