In December 2009, LLC Aeroexpress’ quality management system was certified as complying with the international standard ISO 9001:2008 (railway passenger transportation), which was endorsed with a certificate by the international organization Bureau Veritas Certification Rus.

To achieve the above goal, LLC Aeroexpress is building a targeted quality management system under the international standard ISO 9001:2008 and undertakes to consistently meet the demands that are put forward to the company’s performance and services. In order to timely reveal, remove and anticipate the causes preventing it from rendering a high-quality service, LLC Aeroexpress concentrates its effort on the following quality assurance areas:
