Registration in the Aeroexpress railway terminal at the Belorussky Railway Station
Passengers flying domestically are able to check-in for the flight and register their luggage at the railway terminal. Registration begins 15 hours prior to the scheduled flight and closes 3 and half of hours before.
Flight registration and handling of luggage (excluding excess weight) are free of charge.
Working hours: 07:00-20:05 daily.
The electric train arrives at the Aerocity railway terminal situated next to the Sheremetyevo F terminal. There is a special complimentary bus service available for the passengers heading to the Sheremetyevo Terminals One and C. Upon your arrival to the Aerocity terminal please follow the signs for the bus station.
Registration in the terminal «Paveletsky-Domodedovo»
Passengers flying both domestically and internationally are able to check in for the flight and register their luggage 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight. Registration closes 25 minutes before the departure of the last electric train.

Registration in Kievsky Railway Station terminal
The passengers flying regular domestic flights can register for the flight and register their luggage right in the Vnukovo Aeroexpress terminal at the Kievsky Railway Station. The registration is performed for the flights departing within the current 24-hour period, that is until 00.00 of the day.
Please note that the service for chartered and international flights is temporarily limited. The following passenger groups cannot register for the flight and register their luggage in the Vnukovo terminal at the Kievsky Railway Station: those flying Moscow-Yerevan, Gyumri via the Armavia airline; Moscow – Istanbul via flights ordered by the Pan Ukraine tourist company; Moscow – Cagliari onboard the Russia State Transport Company flights; all passengers of the Germanwings airline.
The services are unavailable to the passengers listed above cause of the decisions taken by the airlines and tourist companies and not due to the technical capabilities concerning the registration process.
The passengers flying the Russia and Yakutia companies’ flights get free Aeroexpress tickets to Vnukovo. To obtain the tickets, the passengers going to the Vnukovo Airport from the Kievsky Railway Station are to go to the excess luggage offices of CJSC Transagenstvo Vnukovo located in the Vnukovo Express terminal at the passenger registration hall on the ground floor. To obtain the tickets, the passengers going to the Kievsky Railway Station from the Vnukovo Airport are to go to ticket offices 25 and 26 of CJSC Transagenstvo Vnukovo located on the ground floor of the D domestic flight terminal.
The standards of the airlines are used for luggage registration in the Kievsky Railway Station terminal. Please note that very large luggage (considerably exceeding the standard dimensions) will not be accepted for all luggage needs to be containerized and sealed. In this case you will have to register the luggage and register for the flight right at the airport.
If you are going to Vnukovo on an Aeroexpress train without registration at the Kievsky Railway Station, we strongly recommend you should leave the Kievsky Railway Station at least 1.5 hours before the departure of domestic and 2 hours before the departure of international flights. In this case you will have to register for the flight and register your luggage right at the airport.
The registration of passengers and luggage both for domestic and international flights is over 15 minutes before the departure of the so-called final express. The final express is the electric train departing the Kievsky Railway Station at least three hours before the departure of your (domestic and international) flight according to the timetable.
