Buying an airline or railway ticket from an agency, a passenger is offered a vast selection of supplementary services like booking a hotel room or renting a car, and booking a trip onboard a comfortable electric train, which will reliably and quickly deliver him/her to the airport.

It should be noted that the new service is currently available for two directions only: the Kievsky Railway Station - the Vnukovo Airport, and the Savyolovsky Railway Station – the Sheremetyevo Airport. The service is planned for further launch for the Paveletsky Railway Station – the Domodedovo Airport direction.

To get a ticket for an airline express one should have an electronic document drafted at an agency, which he/she should provide to the electronic ticket registry office in the LLC Aeroexpress terminals of corresponding railway stations of Moscow or airports. The passenger should also show the cashier the passport or the route check worked out by an agency. The ticket is valid within 24 hours since the time it is registered at a terminal’s ticket office.

All agencies selling tickets for airline expresses are to be necessarily accredited with the Airline Service Mutual Exchanges System and to have access to the SPutnik automated distribution system.

LLC Aeroexpress is implementing the project jointly with the General Handling Company (GHC), the provider of extra services, and the Transport Clearing House responsible for calculation of proceeds for services provided and data processing.
