The Russian businessmen Iskander Makhmudov and Andrey Bokarev acquired a 25% ownership stake in the company.
Maxim Liksutov continues to participate through Delta-Trans-Invest LLC.
According to Alexey Krivoruchko, general director of Aeroexpress LLC: “The changes are related to plans for further development of Aeroexpress, which will require additional investment.”
Previously Aeroexpress LLC was owned by JSC Russian Railways and Delta-Trans-Invest LLC (part of TransGroup AS) group of companies with equal ownership stakes of 50% each.
