Currently, the loyalty programme is available to all Aeroexpress passengers who buy tickets online. In the second half of 2016, travellers purchasing tickets from ticket offices and TVMs can also benefit from the bonus programme. Bringing the programme beyond online sales will make it possible to significantly increase the number of participants and to make this service more popular.

“We expect to increase the number of participants from 1.5 to 2 million people within the next two or three years,” says Rustam Akiniazov, Chief Commercial Officer at Aeroexpress. “Aeroexpress is going to achieve such results by personalising its service, introducing new attractive bonuses for passengers, and using various partner programmes and individual offers for target companies.”

We would like to remind you that passengers who regularly use Aeroexpress services will receive bonus points for their journeys – RUB 50 for a standard trip and RUB 100 for a business class travel. Upon collecting 200 bonus points on one’s account, a passenger can get a 50% discount when buying the next standard fare ticket. If the account balance is RUB 450, the journey will cost one rouble. To obtain a 50% discount on a business class ticket, a traveller needs to have 400 bonus points. To buy a ticket for one rouble, 900 points are necessary.
