On Thursday, August 25, awards were presented to the best employees working in the Moscow transport sector for the month of June 2016. Moscow’s Deputy Mayor Maxim Liksutov granted awards to eleven representatives from the industry, including Elena Ambartsymyan, a dispatcher at the Aeroexpress information centre.
“This award is the best evidence as to the effectiveness of Aeroexpress in-house training, which is aimed at raising employees’ professional level and, as a result, also improves the quality of passengers’ service,” stated Alexey Sorokin, Chief Operating Officer at Aeroexpress.
It is worth noting that a marketing survey carried out in 2016 indicates that, when selecting the mode of transport to travel to the airport, passengers appreciate not only speed and comfort, but also the professional level of the service provider’s staff.
