On Monday, October 17, Aeroexpress partnered with the Chelyabinsk Train of Hope charity initiative to provide free travel for participants in this initiative. On that same day, the carrier took part in an onsite workshop organized by the Foster Parents’ School. On Saturday, October 22, Aeroexpress trains will bring project participants and children who are newly adopted by families to Moscow.
“Aeroexpress is supporting the Train of Hope for the seventh time,” commented Chief Operating Officer Alexey Sorokin. “We are pleased to be a partner in this initiative, which annually helps children throughout Russia to become a part of a loving family.”
In 2009, Aeroexpress supported the Train of Hope charity initiative as part of the Children’s Issue social project, led by Radio Rossii. The main objective of this programme is to organize meetings for children under the care of state-run children’s institutions with potential foster parents. This year, the meetings will take place in Chelyabinsk.
