Aeroexpress to Introduce New Fares for Two

In November, the company is introducing new “Duo” fares for two passengers travelling together. The new fares will allow passengers to travel to/from the airport faster and at a more advantageous price than available by any other means of transport.
One ticket at the Duo and Duo Round-Trip rates will cost 850 and 1,450 roubles respectively. Therefore, one passenger will pay 425 roubles for a one-way ticket and nearly 363 roubles for a round-trip ticket, which is virtually a 30% discount of the cost of a regular ticket.
“We are currently updating our range of fares to make them more attractive and tailored to passengers’ expectations. Our passenger traffic survey shows that most people prefer to travel in pairs. This tendency resulted in developing special fares for two passengers travelling together which will soon be available and at a more reasonable price,” said Alina Bisembaeva, CEO of Aeroexpress.
Passengers will be able to buy tickets at Duo and Duo Round-trip fares at the ticket offices and from the company’s employees at the Aeroexpress terminals, as well as via the company’s website and app at the same price.
As part of the fares optimisation process, Aeroexpress earlier changed the conditions of its round-trip fare. Now one return ticket for two rides costs 850 roubles regardless of the way of purchase.
