800 Items of Personal Belongings Left by Aeroexpress Passengers aboard Trains and at Terminals since Early This Year

Sep 24, 2019

Since early this year, Aeroexpress passengers have left nearly 800 items of their personal belongings aboard trains and at the terminals.

Passengers travelling along the Sheremetyevo route have lost their property more often compared to the other routes. Among the items are hats, gloves, and electronic devices, which are the most common lost & found items. Other belongings which have been discovered are a sheep money box, a kite, the Kremlin mock-up, theatre masks, a soft toy penguin, and a packed suitcase.

250 of 800 items were returned to their owners by the company’s employees.

In case of losing personal belongings, passengers can contact the Aeroexpress hotline, a shift attendant working at the terminal or submit a search request at the information desk. After the request is accepted by the competent company’s department (not later than five (5) days after the request is submitted), a reply is sent to the contact details provided by the passenger. Lost property is returned to its owners upon providing identity documents and after giving consent of personal data processing in writing. You can also contact Aeroexpress via the company’s accounts on Facebook and Instagram.

The Aeroexpress lost property office is located at the company’s depot at the following address: 17 Nizhnyaya Street, Moscow. Passengers can collect their belongings during the opening hours of the Lost & Found office: from 01:00 pm to 05:00 pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
