Assessment of a company's activity in the field of Human Resources was performed on the basis of three criteria, including job seekers’ desire to work in a company, HR Directors’ poll and employee engagement survey. The higher a company is in the rating, the more attractive it is for job seekers, higher employee engagement and higher quality of personnel development.
Aeroexpress has entered TOP-50 Russia’s best employers

The Aeroexpress company has entered TOP-50 of Russia’s best employers rating, prepared by HeadHunter in cooperation with ECOPSY Consulting, MOLGA Consulting and Russian Public Opinion Research Center (VCIOM) following results for 2010. The Deloitte company (Deloitte & Touche CIS, CJSC) has given assessment of accuracy of rating’s methodology.
Final TOP-position was determined pursuant to amount of points, got by each nominee following the results of three stages’ investigation. The Aeroexpress company occupied the 42nd position (totally 97 companies participated in the category).
According to Mr. Pavel Stepanets, HR Director of Aeroexpress, “Inclusion of the Aeroexpress company into TOP-50 Russia’s best employers has approved one again the high level of employees’ involvement into the company’s activity, interest in constant professional advance training, that at first instance will have a positive impact on service level, provided by the company to its clients”.
