Maxim Liksutov was born in 1976. He graduated from the Russian academy of economics named after Plekhanov with a specialization in “Finance and credit”. Mr.Liksutov worked in the largest Russian transportation companies (“Transgroup Invest A.S., LLC “TransGroup – Finance and Investments”, etc.). From January 2009 till February 2010 he had been holding the office of the General Director of LLC “Aeroexpress”. At the present time Mr.Liksutov is the member of the Board of Directors of LLC “Aeroexpress”, the member of the Board of Directors of OJSC “RailTransAuto”, CJSC “Transmachineholding”, etc.
